The programs also includes para shooters of both disciplines. The postal can be shot on either electronic targets or Orion paper targets. Orion targets must be requested from the CMP and will be mailed to participants. All Orion targets must be returned for scoring at the CMP. Graphic scorecards from electronic targets may be faxed or emailed to the CMP. Fees $5 per competitor if using electronic targets $8 per competitor if using Orion (CMP provides targets) For questions or issues, please email cbillingsley@thecmp.org 2024 May Rimfire Sporter TMP , Talladega, AL (05/18/2024) info Rimfire register The Rimfire Sporter Match is for smallbore rifles that weigh 7 1/2 pounds or less with sights. O-Class rifles have open sights; T-Class rifles have telescopes (max. 6X) or receiver sights. Firing is done at 50 and 25 yards in prone, sitting and standing positions, in slow and rapid fire modes. Competition will begin at 0930 after range safety breif. 2024 Annual Atlantic Fleet & All Navy (East) Rifle & Pistol Championships , Quantico, VA (05/10/2024 - 05/19/2024) info Long Range, Pistol, Rifle, Rimfire Pistol register The 2024 Atlantic Fleet & All Navy (East) Matches Rifle & Pistol Matches will be held from 10-19 May at Weapons Training Battalion, Marine Corps Base Quantico. The matches are open to all services active-duty, reserve, retired military and civilians up to range capacity, with priority given to Navy personnel. The match bulletin and further information may be obtained at www.usnmt.org on the home page and under the "Events Calendar" tab. The EIC match is part of the grand aggregate so all shooters may fire this match however, civilians can report only one EIC match to CMP for record purposes. If you are shooting both phases (rifle and pistol), the first EIC match you fire in will count for record and towards your total EIC matches for the year. Registration is being handled via this website, but payment ($50 per phase plus $25 if you fire the rimfire EIC match) will be handled separately, as described in the match bulletin. In accordance with the Navy Match Bulletin, Match fees may be paid via paypal to the email address: usnshooting@gmail.com or mail a check made out to USNST directly to Capt Bob Ryan, 232 Royal Oak Dr, Chesapeake, VA 23322. Please note that the schedule this year is different from years past and the fee structure is based on pistol and rifle vice Fleet and All Navy. Fleet and All Navy pistol will be shot together first, then rifle. The fee is $50 for any portion or all pistol matches and any portion of the Rifle Matches ($100 for both phases). Please note that the .22 EIC event is a separate CMP event and there is an additional $25 charge to participate in the .22 EIC match if you are registered for the fleet matches.The match fee is $25 if shooting just the .22 rimfire Match. There will be a $5 late registration fee for each phase if you do not register on CMP web site prior to check in. You must register for the Fleet pistol match to be able to shoot the .22 EIC match. (Select only the .22 EIC match if that is all you will shoot). Civilians without a military/federal id card must visit the pass office prior to your first match to obtain a pass. You will be required to fill out paperwork with the pass office and you will get a pass for the days you will be shooting. You must register on the CMP web site the week before the matches begin. A list of all civilians registered will be sent to the Quantico pass office and you will not get a pass if you are not on that list. 2024 CMP Bianchi Cup International Pistol Tournament , Hallsville, MO (05/21/2024 - 05/24/2024) info Pistol register An annual event since 1979, the CMP Bianchi Cup is proud to have MidwayUSA, an industry leader in shooting, hunting and outdoor activities, as the title sponsor. The Bianchi Cup is comprised of four events, including: The Practical Event: where competitors fire at distances from 10 yards to 50 yards under varying time limits from the shooting line. The Barricade Event: where competitors fire at targets on either side of the barricade at different distances and under varying time limits from within shooting boxes and behind barricades. The Falling Plate Event: where competitors fire at eight-inch round steel plates arranged in banks of six at distances from 10 to 25 yards under varying time limits. The Moving Target Event: where competitors fire from within shooting boxes at distances ranging from 10 to 25 yards at a target moving from left to right, with the target exposed for six seconds. Competitors shoot from both standing and prone positions and are also required to shoot with both strong and weak hands at various stages. There are no makeup shots in the Bianchi Cup, adding to the difficulty of the event.
